Christopher C. Fox
Chair & Executive Director
Christopher C. Fox is the Founder and Executive Director of The Center for Electric Marine Innovation Inc. He brings hands-on experience in renewable energy systems, electric vehicle technology, and distributed energy storage. Through the Center’s flagship initiative, This Old Hull – Going Electric, he leads the electrification of legacy vessels as demonstration platforms for workforce development, emissions reduction, and public education. He currently serves in a volunteer capacity while building strategic partnerships and securing foundational funding.

Patrick Liddy
Secretary
His professional background includes leading technical, design, and strategic consulting teams in the digital space, architecting digital systems, creating interactive museum exhibits, and teaching graduate-level courses in interactive design and digital media production.
At The Center for Electric Marine Innovation Inc., Patrick provides oversight in the areas of financial governance and compliance, ensuring responsible stewardship of resources and alignment with the organization’s mission to advance safe, measurable electric marine propulsion.

Marie-Claire Krebs
Secretary
Mary-Claire brings twenty-seven years of experience in public education. Her professional background includes adapting standard curriculum to meet the needs of a wide variety of learners, and assessing student progress against established benchmarks. She currently volunteers at the Finger Lakes Boating Museum where she facilitates school field trip activities related to boating history and design.
At THE CENTER FOR ELECTRIC MARINE INNOVATION INC., Mary-Claire provides oversight in the areas of curriculum development in support of the organization’s mission to advance safe, measurable electric marine propulsion.

Eleanor S. Fox
Director
Eleanor S. Fox is an experienced operations, program, and project leader with a track record of driving initiatives for companies ranging from non-profits to large health plans and benefit administrators, all in highly regulated industries. She has expertise in managing multi-million dollar budgets, cultivating relationships and delivering the highest level of service, aligning the business’s needs with the right strategy to drive growth, streamline critical processes and build strong partnerships.

Alex Yuknat
Director
Alex Yuknat is a member of the Board of Directors of The Center for Electric Marine Innovation Inc., helping guide efforts to advance electric propulsion through education, demonstration projects, and real-world data collection.
With extensive experience in the marine industry, Alex specializes in electric and hybrid propulsion technologies. He operates Alternative Marine Propulsion Services LLC, where he works with vessel owners and operators to implement efficient, reliable electric and hybrid marine systems. His work bridges innovation and real-world application, supporting the transition to cleaner and more efficient marine operations.
